Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14 days return and refund policy.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear and in original packaging, with all tags intact for you to be eligible for a return.

You can initiate a refund by contacting us via Instagram.     

  

Exchange

We accept exchanges in the following cases: if the item has a defect, if the size is incorrect, or if  you received the wrong item.

        Exchanges are only allowed for the same product — meaning the same design or model — but you can request a different size if needed. The only exception is when you received the wrong item by mistake; in that case, we’ll exchange it for the correct item you originally ordered.

  To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all return conditions.
